North Korea
We are preparing for exceptional opportunities in North Korea, the world's most reclusive yet pristine ecosystem, through cross-sector expertise, strategic planning, and international partnerships.
Our unique North Korea approach is shaped by decades of experience across government, construction, infrastructure, finance, and telecommunications, among others.

"Economic power has irreversibly shifted towards Asia"
- Professor Jeffrey Sachs -
For long, we have made our part of contribution to building stronger economies across East Asia. As Japan and South Korea are moving further towards significant growth, we are laying stepping stones for their governments, corporations, and institutions to create a new chapter of their history. Without limiting our role to helping them refine courses for administrative guidance, acquire or divest of assets, or build foundations of higher efficiency, we are now empowering them to take their vision and action to the next level towards their shared interests.
We also look forward to doing the same if not better in helping to build stronger economy in North Korea and therefore synthesizing and revitalizing the world economy through the Korean Peninsula, which proves to be a fertile ground for the new industrial development of the future for multiple reasons. We are not surprised to have an increasing number of partners, clients, investors, and affiliates choosing to walk with us in this direction.
Let our positivity and imagination work together.
Our Predictions on North Korea
Our Unique North Korea Approach
Rather than simply classifying North Korea business into short-term and long-term projects, we will proceed with a highly organic and proactive approach. In particular, unlike other regions where the existing economy is vibrant or social functions are operating at full capacity, North Korea has for long been underdeveloped due to isolation from the world outside caused by sanctions. Therefore, given numerous variables and the many sectors that require construction or installation from ground up, a comprehensive yet time sensitive approach will be necessary.
Once NDA is signed, we will walk you through some of the most practical and viable investing opportunities in North Korea.
Participants in North Korea Business
Participants in most sectors will likely be multinational, including those of the United States and South Korea. In particular, while it is provisional that major U.S. institutions will invest capital for the short term, other groups of investors will grow their participation consistently with the extent of stabilization confirmed through the progress of various short-term projects following North Korea's opening. In this process, creative solutions, including SPVs, can and will be implemented to enhance internal stability without delaying acceleration of the projects.

Research Required for North Korea Business
In addition to the strategies that can be individually and collectively devised based on sector specific perspectives, we utilize research capabilities of major intelligence agencies to enhance the feasibility of such strategies by identifying and assessing various conditions of practicality and situations of recency within North Korea. To this end, we leverage the capabilities of the world's best from South Korean institutions and those collaborating from around the globe.
