Our history of contribution across the United States encompasses bringing positive changes to urban ecosystems, such as constructing, financing, and managing high value residential and commercial properties; achieving higher levels of stability by expanding corporate complexes and residential communities in the suburbs; supplying power to the cities and their peripheries; developing new energy resources; attracting foreign investments and supporting new industrial developments across regions; and contributing to the maintenance of major federal government facilities as well as the enhancement of military power. In particular, as the dynamics of relations with other countries have brought significant changes to key domestic industries over the past decades, we are prioritizing industrial development essential to the U.S. by helping to achieve a greater balance.
