By leveraging the advantages of possessing the highest robot density as well as a highly advanced manufacturing and electronics ecosystem, South Korea is likely to achieve the highest level of hardware scalability and precision manufacturing for the physical AI.
Reflecting this reality, the South Korean government and industries are upholding the ideology of sharing new technologies developed and perfected globally - that is, one that illuminates community values. In particular, their community values carry the characteristic of moving forward together with minorities and the vulnerable, rather than leaving them behind. This pursuit of community values differs from the phenomena seen in other countries or regions, namely closed systems and the pursuit of profit for a select few. Just as it operates the world's most outstanding healthcare system, among the achievements rarely seen elsewhere, South Korea is now establishing a model of sharing the benefits of new technology with others. We respect their values and support South Korea in joining forces with their allies for mutual survival.
Our Approach
Driven by the new, accelerating AI ecosystem, South Korean industries are experiencing an unprecedented boom. However, there are expectations that the market, which has grown around a select few stocks such as Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix — excluding defense and shipbuilding — will eventually see the bubble burst and reveal an overall lack of momentum. Rather than excessive or unfounded expectations, the criticism that there is a lack of themes beyond specific corporate groups may be valid.
