While various challenges in recent years have faced South America including climate volatility, soil degradation, and deforestation, we have supported South American partners in continuing to serve as essential food suppliers for the world. In particular, we provide technological development and support to help them achieve higher efficiency while responding with a focus on sustainability and climate resilience. Our shared goal, among others, is to present new production models within the next several years. Furthermore, given such a wide variety of physical resources they export, both the mineral and energy resources are important businesses that we focus on. Not only Argentina, but also neighboring countries including Brazil will continue to be essential for us in maintaining and growing our operations across raw materials, energy, and agricultural products.
