All details presented in the candidate’s resume must pass the following standards. If any details does not meet any of the standards, the candidate must revise or remove it.

A. Evidence filter

※ If any of the following applies, the corresponding evidence is weak and must be removed.

  • Does it create a tangible value for the company?

  • Can another person easily replace this contribution?

  • Can AI or automation replace this contribution?

B. Stakeholder review

※ The resume must demonstrate not only collaboration, but also judgement within a structure of people and roles.

  • Did the candidate identify the problem from a perspective different from that of the stakeholders?

  • Who was affected by the candidate’s actions?

  • Did a conflict or tension exist among stakeholders?

  • What value judgement did the candidate make within that tension?

C. Judgement and decision review

※ The resume must reveal the candidate’s perspective and judgement. Any experience without judgement carries a low value.

  • Does the experience include judgement rather than mere execution?

  • Did the process involve a decision, selection, or trade-off?

  • What did the candidate choose, and what did the candidate give up?

  • Is the result or change clearly demonstrated?

D. Metrics and change review

※ Metrics are tools to demonstrate change. They are not decorative elements.

  • Are there measurable data or quantifiable changes?

  • Did the direction shift in a meaningful way?

  • Was there a change in the system or operational structure?

  • Is the impact before and after the action comparable?

E. Original perspective review

※ The most difficult task is demonstrating difference rather than similarity.

  • Does the resume reveal a distinct perspective rather than a common experience?

  • Are the described experiences, skills, and evidence achievable by anyone else with time invested?

  • Did the candidate copy or closely imitate other example resumes?

F. Sentence compression check

※ A sentence must deliver judgement concisely and forcefully.

  • Is the sentence unnecessarily long?

  • Do the sentences use strong verbs such as “Designed,” “Built,” or “Reframed”?

  • Are adjectives or abstract expressions excessive?

  • Does each sentence communicate a single judgement clearly?

G. Length control

※ The resume must be structured for a fast review.

  • Is every sentence or word necessary?

  • Can the same idea be expressed even more concisely?

  • Can the core message be understood within three seconds?

  • Does each sentence communicate judgement and action?

  • Does the overall structure show emphasis and hierarchy?

H. Ability to achieve business capabilities review

  • Does the candidate appear as an individual who makes judgements, manages conflict, and produces tangible results?

  • Is the candidate’s ability to achieve business capabilities clearly demonstrated?

  • Do all actions, evidence, qualities, and skills connect consistently to a single ability to achieve business capabilities?
