The Daily Interaction Log (“DIL”) is designed to transform each student’s day-to-day experience in school from memory-based impressions into a structured system of fact-based and observation-based evidence.
The purpose of the DIL is to :
1. Accumulate verifiable evidence over time
2. Support objective teacher evaluation
3. Facilitate consistency, growth, and narrative development
