Facts
Uncertainties and changes are reshaping the landscape of numerous industries around the world at an exponential rate, and the competitive landscape for education is not an exception. Unfortunately, education is far behind many other industries, which is conspicuous if you examine what students and teachers do in their school. While both existing and new industries are requiring creativity and inventiveness to survive, schools are continuing to stress on the importance of acquiring knowledge in a most traditional manner possible.
Meanwhile, students graduate from school, move onto college, and hardly find jobs that fit their skills. Perhaps the worst aspect is, there are not enough jobs to go around, necessitating students to hire themselves and build business on their own. Years of acquiring knowledge push many students off the edge, and only after they hit the bottom, do they begin to realize what they needed to do. This is exactly the problem we want to help solve.
Combined with the opportunities to save time and effort for acquiring knowledge and to practice creativity and inventiveness, the opportunities to grow perseverance and competencies required to succeed in the new world of fast changes ushered in by the confluence of great changes are what we offer through our products and services. We go beyond providing solutions for school and college – connecting students with industry leaders while helping them stretch their potential as entrepreneurs themselves for each field of their aspiration.
Our intention
We are not seeking to antagonize anyone. Instead, we are offering what we can to help empower stakeholders – school administrators, teachers, counselors, parents, and, most importantly, students themselves – to do what they need to do in their interest. We are increasingly coming forward after having made our part of contribution to achieving positive changes over decades for so many stakeholders across New England, other regions of the nation, and the world.
Among the actions we have taken are shedding light upon the super fast changes taking place in the real world and the impact they are causing to the students and delivering tools for them to use to better their position today and tomorrow. We are the first in offering the most distinct products and services of creativity and inventiveness we offer. We are also among the first to forewarn everyone about numerous challenges brought to them by the era of great changes.
Our determination
While corporate titans, with their weapons of automation and artificial intelligence, have reshaped the landscape of knowledge with which students and teachers of today would have less to do in the future, schools and leaders have kept their silence to justify their lack of resources and time they claimed. We can no longer merely observe the schools’ and leaders’ indecision or inaction because of the stake students have in protecting and furthering their interest. We remain committed to providing what we can even as we might face significant risk of loss or elimination.
The entrenched problem
Without creativity and inventiveness significantly involved, any academic experience would hardly be conducive for any student’s pursuit of achievements and goals. It is no secret that, as changemakers such as Elon Musk said, if you know what you want, school may be useless for the failure of providing you with the practical skills you need. For many students who spend much time in exploring their choices, school could be their threat because they don’t gain in-depth experiences in their school for acquiring or developing the creativity or inventiveness needed to be successful.
Loss of time and opportunity is the predicate of the disadvantage the majority of students incur by virtue of their association with school. The minority will keep growing their influence at a super speed, and the majority, like their predecessors, will grumble about the polarization. Yet the largest cause of all is the passivity and reluctance of the students and their parents themselves, let alone their indecision and inaction. Ancient Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu said giving a man a fish will feed him for a day, and teaching him to fish will feed him for a lifetime. The latter is what we practice.
Motivation
Many of us have come from upper middle class, and have for so long served priorities of some of the wealthiest families in the nation and the world. Naturally, we are connected with their businesses and foundations. The schools their successors have attended span from most prestigious schools including Andover, Exeter and their peers, to magnet schools, including Stuyvesant and Thomas Jefferson, to average performing schools in the wealthy communities.
Without intrusion, we are lending our hands to help address many needs of students at any school or region. Leveling the playing field is not what we seek to do, as fairness is very subjective and since we know from our experiences that students with their teachers and parents are ultimately responsible.
We are thinkers, creators, and inventors that provide the best skills, tools, and the intelligence possible to help students invest their time and effort on becoming as much smart and productive as possible. We are doing what we are doing out of humanity.
Caveat
We are reaching out to heads of schools, superintendents of school districts, and politicians across all levels for collaboration and cooperation. We ensure the successful implementation of our products and services both existing and customized for benefitting students everywhere towards growth and performance. To be effective, however, we absolutely need cooperation and support from students and their parents and teachers.
Questions for parents and teachers
How creative or inventive is your student? Is your student ready to contribute something specific in a very new way? Or, is knowledge acquisition pretty much what your student has done?
Is your student aware that acquiring knowledge alone isn't useful, and that creativity and inventiveness accompany almost every kind of success? Does your student's school educate or train your student on such practicality, and if they do, how do they exactly empower your student?
What is their proposition when there is really no place for your student to stand out and own the products of his or her talent? What does school, and what do the leaders around them specifically do to ensure that your student is equipped with survival skills needed in the real world beyond keeping your student regurgitating the same old knowledge for years?
Why aren't school and their leaders allowing us to provide your student with what your student needs to succeed with a clear focus on creativity and inventiveness? Why are they deliberate on keeping your student as average and compliant as possible?
Why are they as silent as corporate titans like Elon Musk on the matter of helping your student to become smarter and productive in the vastly changing world? Is your student second to their priorities? Not so valuable or useful for their system?
Why are YOU and YOUR STUDENT indecisive or inactive about the stake that impacts you? Do you want your student to be a pet you nurse or a gladiator that fights for life?
Do you want us to keep focusing our time, resources, and talents on bettering the expanding group of wealthiest families only, or offering everyone chances to succeed?
If it’s the latter, YOU and YOUR STUDENT ought to help us to help you, organize with other parents and teachers, and connect everyone together. Never wait for something to happen. It is your action that makes everything happen.
